We Dream Postcard

The floral pattern/starry night image on this postcard was inspired by the style and hot, vivid colours of Mexican folk art and embroidery. The inspirational quote is from Shakespeare’s much loved play “A Midsummer Nights Dream”.

This illustration was painted with gouache and watercolour and finished in collaboration with Pretty Messy (my twin sister!) who hand lettered this beautiful quote.
